* All orders are handled by and forwarded to Mona Youssef Online Art Gallery art: http://www.monayoussef.com and http://www.mona-gallery.com.  Only Mona Youssef looks after the procedures of orders and does not sale her artwork or reproductions through any other website. All orders are processed through Mona Youssef Online Art Gallery. All prints are singed, numbered and marked individually by the artist.

* In order to respond to your inquiries, please fill in the required information in the provided box.

* Commission artwork is accepted. To inquire about having a piece of artwork made especially for you, please contact the artist.

Please note the following:

□ All prints / reproductions are produced by a professional printing well known company using the method of deep scan from professionally taken slides 35mm or from the original paintings, it depends on the dimension of the artwork. Then they are produced on the highest caliber acid-free Archive color photographic paper whether with mat finishing or glossy result. All printing steps are directed and monitored by the artist to meet her full satisfaction for sharp, vibrant images and long-lasting display.

□ All prints / reproductions are Archival museum quality acid free.

□ Print prices include Insurance, Packaging, Tax, Shipping and Handling.

□ Prices of Original paintings include frames (optional) and packaging. Insurance and shipping are costumer's responsibility. Please check the "Shipping info" to select your preference and to arrange with a shipping company to pick up the artwork.

□ All prices are in CAD (Canadian dollar) and subject to changes.

□ All orders are processed once the contract of sale and payment are finalized. Payment can be made by a certified Cheque, Money Order or by Credit Card via PayPal. For the latter choice, please contact the artist for further details.

□ The shipping process will immediately, take place once the payment is cleared. Your order of artwork will be shipped to your door with a receipt and an agreement of sale. Thank you for understanding

□ Greeting cards of some paintings are available. However, if you are interested in having greeting cards of certain paintings, please contact the artist Mona Youssef, thank you.

 Packaging and Shipping information:

1- Purchasing original paintings with a frame is (Optional) but still stretched on wooden frames. Insurance and shipping arrangement are the Client’s responsibility.

2- Original painting will be wrapped in bubbles wrap and put in a specially hand-made fitted strong Caro-plastic bag.

3- Print will be rolled in a tube or in a special bubbled envelop supported with hard board and shipped by Canada Post.
